BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP

A healthy buffalo chicken wrap made with grilled buffalo chicken, cheese, and veggies! These wraps are hearty, filling and flavorful. They are easy to pack up for lunch or make a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Chicken: Choice of breasts, tenders, cutlets, rotisserie chicken

  • Tomato (optional)

  • Grated carrots (optional)

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

  • Franks Red Hot Sauce or Buffalo Sauce

  • 1 white or whole grain tortilla

  • Avocado (optional)

Step by Step Instructions

1.   Toss the cooked chicken in the buffalo or hot sauce of choice. Set aside.

2.  Lightly warm or lightly toast tortilla

3.  Once toasted, spread non-fat plain Greek yogurt

4.  Chop romaine, grate carrots, slice tomato, cut half and spread 1/4 avocado (all these are optional)

5.  Layer chicken and veggies on the wrap.

6.  Sprinkle cheese.

7.  Wrap the sides toward the middle and roll up tightly. Cut in half and enjoy!
