FRIED EGGS, TOAST, TURKEY SAUSAGE
Eggs & toast comes in many formations, but I love classic fried eggs on toast. It’s a simple but a so tasty balanced breakfast that only takes a few minutes. This is my go to breakfast!
Ingredients
2 eggs
3 egg whites (optional)
1 piece of bread
Olive Oil Spray or Olive Oil
Turkey sausage (Optional, or any meat of your choice)
Everything but the bagel seasoning (optional)
Butter (optional)
Organic Peanut butter (optional)
Step by Step Instructions
1. Toast bread until golden brown and crispy around the edges. Spread a layer of butter or peanut butter
2. Heat pan over medium heat and add the olive oil or spray.
3. Crack 2 eggs. Pour 3 tablespoons of egg whites (optional)
4. Bring down the heat to low and cover pan. Let eggs cook to your desire.
5. Cook your breakfast sausage. I use 3 turkey sausages and cook them on the stovetop.
6. Once the egg reaches the stage of a runny yolk, turn off heat and let sit for 1 minute.
7. Transfer the eggs to plate. Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning.
8. Pair with a piece of fruit!
