Recipes

My love for cooking and baking originated from always helping my grandma in the kitchen. She taught me everything from preparing her famous Sunday dinner to the basics of sautéing vegetables.

I get overwhelmed with recipes that have lots of ingredients and steps, so my goal is to always create simple recipes!



Health Coaching

My dream is to be the person for someone that I needed at one time in my life. I completely understand how overwhelming it can feel when you're not sure where or how to begin on your journey to feeling better. It's easy to feel stuck, especially when you're unsure what steps to take first.

The good news is that you don’t have to have it all figured out right away. In our work together, we can start by exploring what’s truly going on for you—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and then build a personalized plan that fits your unique needs. It’s all about starting where you are and taking small, manageable steps toward the wellness you deserve.
